比如最近工作忙得焦头烂额,但一想到冰箱里还有包好的馄饨,就好像有了后盾一样,让人很安心。
我最喜欢吃拌馄饨,煮好的一碗白胖子们,再加些汆过的蔬菜,淋上麻酱和油泼辣子,拌开大口吃吧!虾仁鲜香弹韧、玉米清甜爽口,全部混合在一起,均衡的一碗满足所有,又飒又爽,吃得人直冒汗。

馄饨的吃法很多,油煎馄饨也是一绝。原本软绵绵的面皮被煎得金黄,边缘焦脆,嚼在嘴里的喀滋作响,是多么幸福的声音,我劝你们一定要亲耳听一下。

麻辣拌馄饨
包馄饨
1、150g虾仁洗净去除虾线,取100g虾仁剁成虾泥,剩余50g虾仁切小粒备用。

2、50g玉米粒下沸水锅焯熟备用。

3、盆中放入200g夹心猪肉糜、100g虾泥、50g虾仁粒和50g熟玉米粒,加入1颗鸡蛋、1勺盐、1勺料酒、1勺麻油和1勺十三香,用筷子顺时针搅拌均匀。

4、取一张馄饨皮,放入馅料,包成元宝状。

拌馄饨
1、50g鸡毛菜、50g黄豆芽和30g黑木耳用水焯熟备用。

2、4块鱼豆腐对半切开,3根小香肠划花刀,焯熟备用。

3、馄饨下沸水锅中煮4-5分钟,煮熟后捞出,放凉备用。

4、麻辣酱料:2勺花生酱、2勺芝麻酱、2勺芝麻油、2勺花椒油、2勺辣椒油、1勺生抽、1勺香醋、1勺蚝油、1勺蒜末、1勺辣椒粉和1勺熟白芝麻调成酱汁备用。

5、碗里放入馄饨和其他焯过水的菜。

油煎馄饨
1、将包好的馄饨放入沸水中煮4-5分钟,煮熟后捞出,放凉备用。
*馄饨表面淋上少许色拉油轻微搅拌,可以防止馄饨粘在一起。

2、平底不粘锅烧热后倒入适量的油,放入晾凉的馄饨中小火煎至底部金黄,翻面继续煎,直到两面都酥脆金黄。
*一定要等馄饨彻底放凉以后再下锅煎,否则容易粘在一起影响美观。

3、装盘。

4、调个蘸料:碟子中加入1勺生抽、2勺香醋、1勺麻油和1勺油泼辣子,搅拌均匀即可。
